Have you been spaghettified?
Spaghettification is a term used by quantum physicist to describe the process that a thing or a person will go through when falling into a black hole.
How does this happen? They say that as you draw nearer to a black hole, you will be so utterly, amazingly stretched until you will look like a strand of a noodle.
Imagine your physical body yielding to an unimaginable, strong force; your muscles and bones are overextending; your skin, getting so tensile you look like Lastikman… only powerless and helpless to be devoured by this mysterious place in the universe.
Guess what? You have just been spagettified.
And there have been times that I feel like I am in a black hole. Well, not that I have experienced being literally in it, but at least, I would be totally stretched like I would be spaghettified.
And if you were honest, I know you have been there, too. There are journeys in life that tend to be so long and dark. Your faith is being challenged; your hope is nearly deterred. You don’t need to fall into a black hole to experience this arduous path.
Good thing is… And I believe this is true. You are always designed to make it through. And everytime you do, you would discover a new place of optimism, a fresh wave of joy, a greater amount of strength. I suppose it is the metaphoric experience when you surpass being spaghettified.
They say that somebody who may survive getting through a black hole will see another realm of universe or planet. Think about that for a moment. After the insurmountable process, you will literally see an amazing place you have never thought you could find.
Isn’t it exciting?
What I am saying is… If you feel like having a black hole experience, cliche as it may sound, just hold on, keep the faith, and continue moving. It isn’t that easy. But it is worth the fight. So what if life throws you into a pit? So what if it is dark? So what if the journey is long? The thing is, you can make it through!
It may be hard to believe right now but you will. And once you do, you will have grace anew, joy stirred up, perspective refreshed… And above all… life renewed!
“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
— Psalms 23:4
