I want you to know that you are amazingly strong, even in the days when you feel like you are not.

There may be times when you feel like an egg without an eggshell–vulnerable, defenseless, weak–but the truth is, you are wrapped in the mighty strength of God.

It’s His strength that allows you to console yourself in the moments when you feel like losing control over stubborn tears. It’s His strength that gives you the ability to surrender and let go.

Your shell might have been broken, but the love of your Maker is incubating you–giving you warmth, protecting your heart, nurishing your soul, reviving your spirit.

It won’t be long enough before you realize that you are whole again—completely restored, healed, made anew.

Don’t try to pick-up those broken shells together. You won’t need them when all things have been made new for you.

For your Heart Keeper is doing His wonderful work inside you.

And this is how your spiritual heart surgery looks like:

Imagine yourself being wrapped around by the glorious, beautiful, and wonderful wings of the Father.

And as you do, allow the soft spots of your heart be exposed in the light of His love.

Don’t be afraid to do so. It is safe in His presence. It is safe to vent in His listening ears. It is safe to tell Him everything.

Your strength will come from the place of surrender. No more wrestling. No more “what ifs.” No more “what could have beens.”

Just surrender.

For you have done it all, brave woman.

Now it’s time for your Father in Heaven to fight for you.

Be still and know that He is God.

Be still and be strengthened by His love.
