The reason why you’re disappointed with Christianity is because you follow christians. When you should follow Christ.

The reason why you’re tired of religion is because you look for religion. When you should look for the Kingdom of heaven.

The first and true focal point of enlightenment, hope, joy, and real love can only be found when, first and foremost, you look for and find Jesus.

Then you will understand why people–even that most religious person you know, may falter at times.

But even when you see them faltering, you will learn to not judge but bring them–or even cry for them–in prayer.

Because then you will know they need grace as you do.

Then you will know how they need love as you do.

Because you will know and see your own filthiness but you will see even more how you have been accepted and cleansed from your own sins… not by your own deeds but by the perfect love of God.

Then, as in a eureka moment, these words will be alive and breathing inside you, “For God so loved the world (you) that He gave His only begotten Son… and whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Then you will learn to follow Christ and lead others to Him.

And even when you, too, may falter, you will learn how to repent again and again and discover how wide, how great, how high still is the love of God available for you.

Yes, you will know how awful you have been even after you have decided to follow Him.

But you will understand that just as with other people, you cannot be good and holy by your own strength but by Him alone.

You will truly learn how to really, fully surrender and depend on Him.

Then you will discover more about Him.

And your eyes will be opened.

Your visions, clearer.

When that happens, you might still see people making mistakes and religions playing church.

But you will not be shaken.

For you have found what it means to be truly in Christ.

I pray that you will have those revelations, tonight.
