Let me guess

You have been feeling stuck in the single season.

And you’ve been digging up issues about yourself, constantly introspecting and asking “Is there something wrong with me? Am I ugly, not pretty enough, or too much? Should I be like this or that? Am I worth pursuing?”

Have you been

dealing with fear about the future

while resenting the present and mending heartbreaks from the past?

dealing with fear about the future
Have you been

confessing over and over that God is your everything

but still, there are moments wherein you feel like something is missing?

confessing over and over that God is your everything
Have you been

trying to control your situation, thinking you can bypass the process

and therefore acquire God's blessing but ended up in a downward spiral of disappointment?

trying to control your situation, thinking you can bypass the process
You are not alone in this
You are not alone in this...

And there is a reason why you found me in this little corner of the blogosphere.

I am here to remind you that your struggles in this season will be a testimony of God's faithfulness. Your victory can be a tool of redemption for others. Your challenges will not be put to waste as you surrender all the pain to the Father’s arms.

Your scars in the battlefield are your badge of honor, signifying that you have fought the good fight and haven't succumbed to the attacks of your soul’s enemy.

Your breakthrough is not only for you; it is for others, too.
We fellowship to hear the stories of our brethren and not only be inspired but be ignited once again to take the next step, to breathe once more, and to continue to thrive in this side of heaven.

That's why I am here to share my story to you.

I want my testimony to be a slap on the devil’s face

...and an assertion that if he couldn’t get me, then he couldn’t get you, too.

Words are only words but they can be a powerful weapon to dislodge someone's demons and literally save a life. When your struggles and breakthroughs open up an oasis to somebody and a healing balm to others, it’s always worth a try to use your story to bless them.

I Asked God About You

I Asked God About You

Therefore, whoever you asked for in prayer, believe that you have received him (or her) and he (or she) will be yours. An adaptation from Mark 11:24 I asked God about you. And it went like this Dear Jesus, You know that I have been praying to have a special person. But even when you give him to me, I ask that you make him after your heart. The one that abides in your presence. Someone who calls you his Lord and his ultimate lover. I pray that you mold him to be like you—someone whose love is relentless, unwavering, …
